Obinna is originally from Aurora, CO. He graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder, and is currently an Admissions counselor for CU. His favorite thing about Boulder are the limitless opportunities the campus has to offer to make your college career successful. His interests include cooking, singing, movies, traveling, and recommends Half-Fast Subs for any incoming or current students. He thoroughly believes that every student should get involved! Seeking out those different communities that offer a home away from home while in college is an extremely important way to grow, learn, and mature.
Tamara is currently pursuing her doctorate in Sociology with a focus on Feminist Methodologies, the Sociology of Emotions, and Sexually Transmitted Infection Health Disparities at the University of Colorado Boulder. She attended the University of Cincinnati where she received her Bachelor’s in African & African American Studies. Tamara specializes in Human Resources, Talent Management, Museum Administration, Arts Administration, Writing, Editing, and Theater. She highly encourages students to reach out and become accustomed to the various student groups and resource centers present on campus!
